A wonderful "song of myself" as Whitman would put it. From small blessings to what some might call larger wonders and purposes you present readers with a full portrait of a shimmering poetic soul. Appreciate the read,

Hi Joyce, you've certainly captured the beauty of who you are. One feeling I felt throughout the entire poem is your spirit of contentment. This makes you a fine influence to your students. Enjoyed reading this work! Green is such a calm colour too! Not hard on the eyes as I've had elderly people tell me.

Smiles,
Dorothy

Joyce, this wonderful biographic poem would have made a terrific introduction for your interesting book. Your first line is an attention getter because we all wear many faces, and I believe a school teacher has to wear more than anyone else. You paint a beautiful word picture of your environment, your faith, your favorite food (Yummmmmy),and things important to your life. Great job, and enjoyable reading.
