Secret Admirer

I have a secret admirer
or at least he thinks it's so
I've been given special surprises
pretty things from my head to my toes

I get cute little cards that say I love you
every now and again
he thinks I don't know who sends them
but I do I can tell by his grin

He's not very clever at hiding his love for me
it's true , but after all he only four,
and stands about three foot two

He's absolutely priceless
as you can plainly see
not every aunt is as lucky as me
to have such a special nephew ...

This poem was written with much love for my special little nephew, Joey.

Hi Victoria:

What a lovely poem about your nephew. They're cute when they're about that age.

This one reminds me of my hubby's nephew, who is going to be 3 very soon.....and he's a darling, I can't wait to hold him in my arms.
