Only in the mind can one escape to reality of unreality. To that which is fact or fiction.
Become One Of Us"
Let your mind wonder
to a time, and place.
A never before before seen place
which only you can bring into
You enter this no name place
and marvel at the grandeur of it all.
A beauty so complex in nature
that you can only gasp at that which
you have created.
A phantom existence, which will never
be seen by man.
Nor indeed by you its creator ever
For your creation was born out of
Thoughts and passions of an ever
For one brief moment you are
a God in embryo.
A creator of worlds.
You the architect, bringing into
existence that which you had
for an unknown age, evolved within
the limits of your creative mind
the fine detail of your metamorphic
That which is part of your imagination,
even for the briefest of time requires
For in that realm of creative genius
Exists the alpha and omega of law and order.
Now, in the briefest moment of time,
dreamings, passions and expectations
While the God's look down
and say “Man has become one of us”.

|Sometimes I sit and wonder where my ideas or thoughts come from, as if I have no control of their fabrication...
Great thoughts stir mine here...
Lord knows what tomorrow brings...

|A poem that is indeed substance for thought, Robert. I always wait for inspiration before I write anything at all. So I do not write much. I wonder where this "inspiration" comes from. Thank you. Love and peace to you,
