It is better to give freely that which you have been blessed with freely. |

Oh the joy of living,
The happiness in giving
All of the love we own.
To friend or foe
Where ‘ere we go,
As Christ has always shown.
Oh the joy of sharing
Gifts, as angels bearing
Unseen by men nor beast.
But those who decline,
Those who are less refine
Forgo the marriage feast.
Oh woe be to him
Who lives a life of sin,
No God’s kingdom will he see.
For weeping and wailing,
Fisted arms ever flailing
Beneath the exalted will be.
Living and giving,
Sharing and bearing.
Weeping and wailing,
Is all part of life.
But with faith never failing,
On seas ne’er plain sailing,
We will enter God’s kingdom
As His children, and eternal life.

Your honesty is all in the inbetween of your words. You are, indeed, blessed and Yes! I'd say you are a poet.
My blessings!

| Robert, oh, how this touched my heart today...a beautifully written poem full of love for God and friends. I would much rather give than to receive and I can see I'm not a loner. This is a magnificent poem. |
