I feel the Winds call,
Beckoning my soul
Softly it whispers,
Come fly away..
Come fly with me
Come fly away,
This is your calling,
Your chance to be free.
Your whispering voice,
Touched to my heart
"You're beautiful" you said,
you said it, just once
So few the words,
I looked in your eyes,
Seeking the truth,
Searching for love
So gentle your touch,
so loving your gaze
so warm and protected
in your embrace..
And the wind calls,
Come fly away..
Come fly, and be free
No tears, and no pain
Come fly away
Float with the clouds,
Sing with the angels
Dance with the stars
I remember you whispers
The warmth of your breath
As it ever so softly
caressed the nap of my neck
I remember the taste
of your lips that brushed mine,
I remember the look
that I saw in your eyes.
And the wind calls,,,
Come fly away..
Float with the clouds
Freedom is here..
So intense, was your gaze.
So full of your heart
Truth of a love
Silent were words
I remember your gaze
I remember your touch
I remember your whisper
I remember your kiss
And the wind calls..
Come fly away
Freedom awaits,
Away from this place.
Soar with the eagles,
play in the clouds
Sing with the angles,
Dance in the stars
I sit by the phone,
Wonder your thoughts
I look to the window
I close my eyes..and lean back.
I hear the wind calling
I feel its brush on my cheek
I open my eyes,
I see stars, and the earth....
~*~
You remember my whisper
The taste of my kiss
The look in my eyes,
as I gave you, my heart.
Can you hear the wind calling
I'm whispering your name
Come fly away
free from that place.
Lets soar with eagles
Lets play in the clouds
Lets sing with the angles
Lets dance in the stars

| Verse three, "your" should be "you're". Verse four..."I looked INTO your eyes." Lots of grammatical errors and lines that don't fit to spoil the meter. This could be a fine piece of poetry, but it lacks thought and polish. |
