I’m sitting under the half moon…
…Staring into the sky.
Tonight is lost into eternity,
Like the love lost between you and I.
There is a dent in my heart-
Or shall I say a void,
That can only be filled by you-
Tonight, as I sit alone…
My heart beats only for you.
I see leaf less trees in front of me,
That reminds me of my soul.
I hear planes and trains afar off-
But nothing—can bring us close.
I’m sitting here thinking of you,
I’ve no idea where you are…
In this state, in that state,
Who knows?
But in my heart I will always…
Keep you close.
