The frog sat in the pond.
A boy plopped nearby.
“Who are you?” asked the frog.
“I’m a boy,” said the boy. “Who are you?”
“I’m a frog,” said the frog.
“I like to hop,” said the boy.
“So do I,” said the frog. “Watch me hop high in the sky.”
“I like to jump,” said the boy. “Watch me jump over that stump.”
“I like to leap,” said the frog. “Watch me leap over the deep.”
“I like to run,” said the boy. “Watch me run under the sun.”
“I like to race,” said the frog. “Can you keep pace?”
Said the boy, “I can race like an ace.”
