It was dusk, the earth was quiet
I was restless seeking answers
Darkness was fast approaching
Under a canopy of twinking stars
I was stunned to find my hearts desire
He was sitting on the merry moon
And asked me to what I aspire



I answered with trembling voice
" To love Creator  and follow His plan"
He smiled  "Do not fear, I'm His son,
It pleases us to know you understand"
In awe I stood shaking dumbfounded
I could not believe I responded so quicklyI was chagrined by the way I had sounded


"Don't worry,you have chosen the right way enjoy the beauty of the night while you can I must leave, but I'll return soon to visit you"
"I wanted to shout please don't go I have so Many questions to ask, but He was gone" I knew this wasn't a dream, an illusion perhaps Feeling incredible peace  I accepted it as a gift

A Gift indeed, and perhaps one you can only unpack at leisure, once you have time in private to consider its entire implications. When we "chance" upon the Lord's visitations to us privately, we can sometimes be so "shocked" by the surpise that we do feel we perhaps make a rather kneejerk rather than a personal response that sounds genuine. But, as is the case here, He will always see STRAIGHT into the sincerity of the heart. A wonderful privilege, Eileen. Guess, like meeting the gaze of HRH The Queen, perhaps, our tendancy after the event is to fluster and worry about what gaffe we might have made! Very real within its surreal nature. I often wonder if HE laughs at our impetuousness and overly zealous approaches to communication and relationship. How HE must love us sugar chum. A fine insight!
