My Collage

The Summer dressed in sunny yellows
leaves a trail of  easy days serene and
mellow, while sports share fun filled
days under suns golden rays, tis the
season that shines ,before it says a lazy
farewell to the pregnant possibility of
Autumns opening salvo~ unlike Spring
which bursts forth in glorious bloom
as new birth permeates the air~in fact
just the opposite~the beauty of fall comes
when the trees sing goodbye to their dying
leaves ~which  emblazon the earth with a kaleidoscope of vibrant colors ~that delight
eyes,and enthrall senses~waiting in the
wings is the new colorless season in shades
of  white with sparkling sun that glints off
the winter ice to make the eyes squint in
surprise, and only the season of evergreen
trees and glistening lights with gifts wrapped
in vivid reds and greens, give color to the
season that is divine and shines so bright
helping us see with Creator's sight the
Universe He created with delight~and as the
pristine white of wintersnow gives way to
Springs ressurection show of riotous rebirth
with no mirth for the floods that flow~ we
see how enthralling it all can be, this earthly calendar of four seasons, most extraordinary!

I would love to be at your Nature's Fashion Show, Eileen. The creations would outshine all the Guccis, Versaces, Diors and Chanels put together. You have sampled the natural beauty of earth's seasonal collections to perfection here and I have enjoyed their display on your poetic catwalk. Smile for the cameras! :)) K xx

Oh my this is a rich melee - the perspective as a whole is a wonderful combination. You have woven a rich tapestry here that reminds me of something a mentor once said to me: 'one season leads us to something new albeit we think that everything will be familiar - when we look back every season has enriched our lives and we have gained from it' this captures this for me. Thank you for this Lady M, as ever superb! Love and hugs, Imp ;)x

Most extraordinary and enthralling, indeed, as is this poem, pic, and music. I really don't think I could permanently live anywhere now that didn't have all four of those glorious seasons you describe so well.

You paint a beautiful picture with splendid images. It's nice to see the four seasons using God's sight and how He would like us to view this delight.
The music was as mellow as your writing. I greatly enjoyed both.

There's a reason for every season and sometimes I think one of the reasons is because we have our fill of the one just passing and we look for something new and fresh. Thank you for sharing Eileen.
