Hi my friends,I have missed you all, these last few months. Spent a week in hospital in October, then had to curtail activities until heart began to behave again;-) Hopefully I'll be around now and then. I look forward to reading your work. I have read some, but without comment, you are all superb writers as always! I wish you all a very Happy
Healthy,Prosperous New Year!
With Love,
Eileen

mind drift

I wait...and the wind comes
and blows away what I waited for...
in the storms  of yesterday will
I find my today...

Sometimes the mind must not make
sense... it must speak in future tense
until it's ready to accept the present
and past tense of what the hurting
heart can't make any sense out of...

Moments of trivia are the only answer
when reality gets too real...then you
have to steal a few dreams to keep you
from banging your head on the beams...

The day comes and goes, as I lay back
and surrender to the night~I drift into
another age and place of beauty and delight
bonding in the ever present magic of chimera
to see a future of galactic  grandeur~ where
lucid light is ever present for those who choose
to explore divine realms...

As always, you take us the full gamut of experience and emotion - the highs and the lows which seem to be such a flatline when one is "laid up". Can feel the frustration here, but as always your spriitual insight and access can elevate our hearts, souls and minds to a different plane, taking us above the besetting earthly clouds. Just love that last verse. I'm so glad you have come through this travail and are now on the road to recovery. I'm sure all our loving thoughts and ponderings about you in the interim have called you home to us, as it's just so good to have you here again. Our AD music is so incomplete without your magnificent inspirational poetic strings! :)) HAPPY NEW YEAR, EILEEN! xx

One doesn't know how life will be
Some can enjoy and sing
Do other amazing things
But I'm content sitting on the front porch swing
Rocking in the breeze
Reading beautiful poetry you bring.

And your poem speaks volumes of divinity. You my sweet Mother of the Den, have been through a lot. I wish I could have helped you with your pain. I did not know. Please never feel you are alone, I am here, sending you healing vibrations and angel light..You are going to be around for a while, be assured of that. So good to read your beautiful poetry once again. I was very worried about you.
For life does have lucid light that melts into divine realms. Lovely work, Eileen!

Peace, love and light,
