Vampire Poetry

COME ON, COME ON

Falling asleep it was only a kiss how did it end up like this
On the darkest night under the harvest moon we shared this bed of lies
I remember the look in your eyes
Destiny is calling me
The Fates of the dark paradise
Beckon me to them
Come on, come on
We’ve not much time now

The reality of a world of illusions
It’s all really extraordinarily exasperating
If you can conceive it in your mind
Then it can be brought into your physical world
We exist in a world of magical trickery
Where slight of hand is captivating and your worst fears can
Be lived with intrigue and mystery
Those secret dreams that you dare to dream
Those mysterious curiosities that drive you to the point
Of insanity under the wicked nights sky

Her killer instincts tell her to be aware of evil men
Falling asleep it was only a kiss how did it end up like this
On the darkest night under the harvest moon we shared this bed of lies
I remember the look in your eyes
Come on, come on
You just have to whisper my name
It’s getting late now
