As time Drips By

I am going to try
Not to go to deep
Cause constantly a lot of my readers
Tend to fall asleep

It is easy to understand
That time is longer than our nose
But I am forever wondering
Where it comes from where it goes

When the internal clock is turned on
Our little sniffer slowly starts to grow
As time drips by
It gets much longer and begins to glow

So is time relevant
To the size of our nose
How short how long
Or how often it blows
