A Graceful Transition

You came into the office, not throwing your weight around, just observing, looking to see the jobs that each of us were doing and to make the transition as graceful as possible.

We are all still learning how to do things your way, and that is not an awful task, it is just trying to remember what you expect from all of us, since each boss has their own way of conducting business, and doing things their way, but you have been patient and not over bearing, and we thank you for that!

And thank you for your “Understanding In Advance,” if our tempers flare and get out of hand, it is not aimed at you, “Sometimes We Get Fed Up Too.
