The ocean carries a mysterious air and it's within that deep sea mystery, the vast expanse of nature's elements call outin waves and comes to life...

Above I see the seagull soar
through light of dawning day
taking wing in guidance of ocean's
breeze traveling through
passage of time
in atmospheric ballet,
accelerating
upward with full force
and down again

dipping

          diving

in full-winged strides
entering the vast expanse
plummeting to find its meal
the act of survival
between bird and its prey
and then, it rises with force
in feathered stance
o'er tide and current
wing-span movements
meet the sky again.

Love the ocean, love seeing the seagulls. Love to feed them. They are surely scavengers aren't they? Good oceanic write and sending my troubles away just reading this write.
