Chemistry of Fright
The Moon is full tonight

The moon is full tonight

 Maybe I'll be alright?

I never am quite sure If I'll be calm or grow some fur !

Maybe I'll be uptight

Go to the bar and start a fight

Maybe I'll be demure or be happy

I'm just not sure

When the full moon is in sight

My chemistry changes that very night

When the full moon embraces me

Whatever will be Will be !

People do wild things on Full Moon nights. Laughed so much at photo even before Iread your write. Tonite is full moon here May 22 08 and I hope I stay sane. Can always tell when full moon because the loonies are out in full force. It is a shame, but that is the way it seems to be.

I was drawn to this piece because i have a poem with the same title in my book. I think you captured mystery essense of those bright oval nights when the moon is stuffed with superstition. I like the last line the most because it brings the poem full circle like the shape of a full moon. Nice piece & Howllllllllll!

This is very sweet and fun. At the same time... I believe that the full moon has an effect on me. I can't sleep well and feel very heavy. My daughter complains too!

Yes, chemistry changes with the full moon!
