|"A home like a family needs love to survive
An empty house just molders and dies"

|...beautiful poetry...again gives life in all its sadness...to a home and in its arms...perhaps a last breath...when within now empty...a house no longer hears the music of its past...but only the lonely echo of loss.
excellent poetry of the heart Beryl...

So very sadly true, Beryl, and a truly heartfelt poem.

|Very moving, Beryl. I do believe that a house is just a building but it acquires a "soul" when it becomes a home. I have a poem entitled "Old House" which is posted here at AD. It expresses a very similar theme to yours. Thank you for sharing. Love and peace to you,
