What was the obscenity that led a business to ban poetry?

That as long as I was employed there that I was censored

From the thing that I used as an therapy tool in a depraved world.

That after a Vietnam honorable discharge - I could be banned

The Napkins I used to release what turmoil was building inside.

That 24/7 - I could not write anything with verse upon it.

That jotting down a lyric verse could be grounds for dismissal.

So let America - be my ultimate judge in being called Obscene.

Look at everything I have ever written and there are few curse words.

But hell, damn, and some others words like them will condemn me.

I did do a poem that was on the veins of Sylvia Platt nailing words.

I met a total stranger, who was distraught, so I wrote her a poem.

She came over and thanked me, then asked to see my poetry,

Then exclaimed, I was practically stalking her in how they related.

In listening, not talking, she told me about a longtime history of abuse.

All that pain, all that hurt, all that venom left her smiling at the end.

But where did it go? But into the nails of Platt’s word letting loose

By showing all those emotions that scar a lifetime onto pure hell.

Nobody seen the reasoning of the poem and assumed one guilty.

That if you write about it, then you must be part of the problem.

That is what a Catholic Church has done for centuries in pedophilia.

Had Coach Paterno pursued the issue, he would have been fired.

For bringing a stain to a Pennsylvania Penn State proud institution.

The easiest way was to put 100% blame on someone,

Not able to defend themselves.

Was he in the wrong, yes he was.

But the buck does not stop there.

Why did a Pope not speak out in WWII about the Holocaust fears?

Why has the Church for centuries allowed pedophilia by priests?

That as a Catholic growing up - there were things left unsaid.

My whole childhood is a lost memory for some unknown reason.

Why does the Pope play different politics on abortion?

 Condemning conditions here in Conservative America,

Staying silent in the planned parenthood of Made in China.

Can the Pope make a universal statement against Pedophilia

That it is an Abomination to God’s children,

A moral sin by robbing children of their innocence.

Leaving a inner wound

That will never heal.
