Envious, black cherry red
Whispered murmurs in my head
One breath and with a single notion
I am but an endless ocean

Light was cast among the shadowed hearts
And there were captives in the dark
Alone and lost in solitude
And still my thoughts they would intrude

They be well like William tell
To cast a shadow beneath the swell
One day to cast the shattered harp
And to feel the passage of my heart

Lost among the valley shunned
And deemed among veiled drum
Rhythm be thy nectar sweet
Who moves among with earthly feet

Cast the shadow cloud thy mind
And I am a shadowed hand in time
Splinters shattered in the dark
And there are thoughts that I impart
