Lookin' forward: if forty seven this much fun, forty eight is gonna be G R E A T !!
|
... having journey'd thru this year my own self, I think I know what I'm talkin' about: forty seven is a hard road, indeed. joints that were once spry s t i f f e n up with age; grey makes unwant'd guest appearances; the health fades along with what mind we had; but I'm here, I'm HERE, livin' and lovin', takin' time to stop and smell the roses, countin' the blessings for havin' surviv'd another year. I'm gonna dance like it's my birthday (even tho it's not), c e l e b r a t e the fact I'm a l i v e !! a verrrrrrry merry unbirthday to me and to you, as well!

| RIGHT WITH YOU, DARLIN.... I am DREADING meeting my half century head-on the beginning of May, but, YES!!! Let's be thankful we're still here INSPITE of all the gripes and ills. Happy Birthday!!!!!!!!!! and to your sister too :-)
I'm hitting the big fifty this May and I feel the same way you do...it's only going to get better :-)
I was thinking the other day......isn't it about time the fashion world does a thing about beauty for the older women, showing the beauty of grey? I've never felt so good.......and everyone wants me to dye my hair.........not likely......I love it :-)

Every body hates the symptoms of old age such as the stiffening of the joints. But we all like to live longer.
The weaker your joints get, the greater your wisdom.
Thank you very much.
