Back on line - thank You, God, and thank you all, for your prayers. Please continue as storms are in the forecast for this week, some of which could be severe ...

Tired, Lord, of storms - burnt by
lightning, ears cracked open
by thunder, soul drowning
in the wake of fear, tossed

to and fro by the wind.
Like Peter:  afraid of
the waves that assail on
all sides.  Want to trust, but

all I see is death and
destruction all around -
take my hand, Lord, and be
the strong tower I need.

A fearful looking photo Karla. A sense of real fear in your poem. You can find peace in the most tumultuous environ, as long as you ask the Lord to be with you. May his blessings be always with you. Jon Michael Willey

It wasn't until Peter took his eyes off of the Lord and allowed himself to be distracted by other things that he began to sink and fear...

Look to the one true source of light and there is no need to fear.

Karla~

As you know, I hate this time of year: weather can change in an instant; can go from beautiful to ugly in a matter of hours. Scary times in the spring! Wish we could move...an excellent capture of fear and learning to trust in God through the storms. BRAVA!

(((HUGS))) and much love, your twink, Karen Lynn. :)
