i wake up into
the yawn of morning, feel her
sweet breath encourage

me to get out of
bed.  arise, sleepyhead, she
seems to be saying;

why waste the day?  with
a yawn and a stretch, i greet
the dawn with a smile.

I'd like nothing more than an entire day in bed to waste away. It would be relaxing. Seems you don't get one, either! Cute poem, Karla.

Karla, this is such an obviously important message to ech of us, that I wonder why someone has not thought about expressing it so beautifully, so poetically before -- it takes a big shot of creativity, and you pulled it off masterfully, as expected -- and what a breath taking photograph -- peace and love my dear friend -- Jon Michael
