Call me a stormphobic
storm chaser.  Want to chase,
but don't know if I can:
this damn.fear overrides.
Happening again:  a
chance of tornadoes and

large hail in the forecast
today and tonight.  Like
lightning:  it's the other
I can do without, that
turns me a deeper shade
of chicken.  Last two storms

had winds in excess of
hurricane strength and green
skies.  Walls shook as hard as
nerves.  Storm door took a hike
off its hinges.  Trying
to take its picture but

facing a dilemma:
do I face the winds or
turn coward?  Do I chase
the storm or run like hell?
And no damn basements.  This
the problem I'm having.

Such a dilemma isn't it? To chase or not to chase. You'd find me behind the sofa with head under a pillow. I'll just watch it on the news. Keep safe, Hugs, J'nia

Well ya can't be a storm chaser without storms...no point. The only way to conquer fear is to face it. Your choice. Best of luck. Patrick

We all face such difficult decisions in our lifes at time whether they be natural or man made...I think we have to balance the risk against the profits on life's invisible scale and just ask ourselves is it worth it.
Great job,

Storms are storms, they have high winds. When you conquer your fear you will have become who you desire to be. Good luck.

Winds like that are mighty scary! Time to hunker down... Hope the weather gets better soon!

It's a Catch-22: danged if you do, danged if you don't. I hear ya; I need to understand more of what you are going through every time it storms. I will try to do better; I promise! Very well penned account of what your emotions are going through: they're having their own severe weather outbreak! :( I'm sorry you are going through this! I will keep you in my prayers!

(((HUGS))) and much love, your twin, Karen Lynn. :(

I don't like this any better than you do. TRUST me!
