Dreams soaring;
like air filled balloons
reaching up to touch the sky.

Head in the clouds;
dizzying heights
making my nerves tingle.

Hopes rising,
floating on the wind
from your dreams;
like those balloons
gaining lift from the warmth
of your gentle breeze.

No direction but up
now just adrift;
no telling the destination
where the winds of life will lead,
but like balloons in the clouds,
the dreams will be freed.

Well said and I like the corelation of balloons to dreams, both can be so illusive and flighty....

Lovely example of concrete poetry. I like your balloon-verses that symbolize everyone's dreams.
