HELP!!!!
|
I am supposed to be literate,
But just now I'm somewhat itenerate.
Here I am through my own volition,
Although it is a strange condition.
A flood of feelings wash over me,
All my best synonyms, they do fail me.
Describe a feeling,
Words just don't do it.
Elation,
Not quite right.
Depression,
Don't think so.
But from here where do I go?
Confusion, delusion, collusion, frustration, and even maybe a little castration
These words do come to mind.
It's all of these and none of these,
Mixed together.
But it surely ain't, "Oh, Woe is Me,"
'Cause things are already better, ya see?

| sounds more like perplexed to me Walt -- and the way out of that is easy for a pro such as yourself -- I'll bet you are out already -- sometimes being just plain obstinate helps to overcome the malaise you are suffering -- and literate and gifted both, you are -- peace and love my friend -- Jon Michael |

| You put your finger on these wandering feelings EXACTLY, Walt! Sometimes they just need to get out in the open... better out than in, so to speak... then they make themselves... clear?! This reminds me slightly of a great Billy Collins poem about middle-aged memory loss... but, of course, I can't remember it's title! Arf-arf! :)) xx |

Walt, a word for the wise from an old sailor, " when the water level is reaching your chin...it is time to abandon ship!"
When words fails you it is time to shout for help, even an illiterate can do it, it is the first word we shout the minute we were born and the last we will be shouting if we don't want to go.
So, tell me if you need help...I am listening.
Georg
