Softly by Kip M Raney Friday, April 11, 2003 Share Print Save Become a Fan
She comes to me on gentle blowing winds Her aura shining brighter than the morning sun A smile that can melt the hardest heart Her touch is what one hopes to experience The sight of her brining forth a deep yearning To be the one that gains her favor And then softly she turns with a slow backwards glance Like that - she is gone Am I the better man for seeing her for that brief moment? Yes - but the emptiness she leaves threatens to destroy
