Print Save Become a Fan
As twilight fell towards the horizon
And darkness of night chased the sun,
Menacing clouds gathered last night
And boomed thunder and lightning bright.
Of my life, in the past
A memory of loneliness was cast
As the brightest stars of Heaven's Love
Were hidden by the storms above.
My life once a dark and stormy night
The clouds preventing Heaven's Light
To shine upon my lonely soul;
Chances for love, the darkness stole.
But then at last, at such long last
The clouds they made to break fast
A beacon through clouds was soon
Revealed as the light of a blue moon.
Beneath this light shining bright
I knew at once I'd lost my plight.
And I took the chance I saw to win
The Light and Love of Katie Lynn.
