What is this?

This feeling I feel

Trembling deep inside

It sits and stirs

Beneath the surface

Threatening to overflow

Its scary and new

Yet exciting and familiar

Like an old friend

Knocking on the door

Waiting for a response

It is there

Sitting and stirring

Waiting...

But should I answer?
