A little devil in them thar angels!
In appreciation of the female gender
Her looks and guile
Cost many a fender bender
And many a smile
I assume that God was a male
Who lovingly shaped her
Dressed her with a veil
To see if at his heart she tear
Here and there in the affair
Would add a bump or two
Covered her with flowing hair
To see if him could woe
But just as if he were blind
The beauty he created
She looked so sweet and kind
Yet his interest soon abated
Satan never far
Watched all this with a smile
Was amused by this new star
Dressed her up in fashion style
There he said now have a look
Now she has some flair
That part forsook
To which you made me heir
A little guile
A witty mind
Flair and style
Only in me she’ll find
You should know that opposites attract
So what you say, we give her some of me
And you and I we make a pact
Make one for you, and one me!
