Stop eating sausages!

And while we are at suffering, here is where it all starts and goes, not caring. Who has dared to look a little deeper, as one Jewish philosopher once said, if you can pass by a slaughterhouse and not see Auschwitz... well I'll let your conscience finish this sentence.

Bloodied wheels along the track,
Rolling, rolling clickety clack,
A million miles a day,
Blood and guts is what they say,

Their song of pain and gore,
Brutality at its core,
Refrain; refrain, like falling rain,
Slaughter gone insane,

A million miles and more,
A never ending score,
Killing, killing more blood are spilling,
That is their song, and God is willing,

Blessed by priests on high,
Complicit in the lie,
For food the say, for food,
For our human brut,

Your life above all others,
Your conscience need not bother,
Eat; eat, all you can,
They are to give their life for man,

Rolling, rolling every mile they stop,
Factory farms there are a lot,
Just down the track; just down the track,
There is no going back, clickety clack,

Blood sweat and tears,
A million hearts of fears,
Unkind; unkind sing their lament,
When will this slaughter end?

Another track another track,
The wheels pass by, clickety clack,
Uniforms that monsters dress,
Guarding humans that are less,

Mothers daughters, sons and dads,
Looking through the iron slats,
Horror, fear, and screaming hearts,
A last good by, fore it departs,

A busy song along the track,
They race to see, who first is back,
Which species man or beast,
Tomorrow loose the least,

More trains tomorrow,
Trains of screaming sorrow,
No one hears; no one hears,
No one shedding any tears,

All in the book of life are treasured,
Every mile our souls are measured,
Will yours cross the line that says?
That your sin, caused others death?©17/07/2009

All in the book of life are treasured

I think there was a time when that was true, but most of us human beings today very sadly read the wrong books.

Jasmin, no matter, the world has gone too far ahead and there is a "U turn forbidden" somewhere to delude them to get going ahead.
