Ed, did it to me again, his grief touched me, he so well expressed. This might be lousy poetry, but I needed to say it this instant, bless you all that care. I am using his picture, but there are a million other species now under threat, bisons, and wolf, etc, etc, for what, for god dam, greed

To stand by those, the weak and helpless,
Must we not need help those weakest among us,
Is it not an admonition from someone you know?
Where are you folks, that to this God confess,
Or are you blind, to other beings, the creator made to live,
A million buffalo once, now a million churches instead,
Have you stolen their spaces, with your sly prayers?
The me,,, prayers, the me, me, me, but how much more can He give?
Ask your preachers, your congregations,
There is power, in multitudes, especially now,
When speaking in tongues has never been better,
March on Christian soldiers for the weakest in your nation,
March on with tongues of fire,
Let the public know, your politicians, tax every man of greed into oblivion,
Every one, including the human entities that claim ownership,
Take back the land, and send a message to those you hire,
Those bought and sold by greedy, evil, spirits
Those that lost the will to govern, honest for the people,
Those that sold you down the river, for the sake of greed,
Those that with shame, as would a king, now dressed in silk lined mitts,
If no one has the will, for iron rule of decent order,
There’ll be nothing left to rule, except a pile of dirt,
All will be extracted, all treasures, including the creatures,
No need then to protect your once precious borders,
Billions are spend on stupid phoney wars, drugs, terrorists, etc,
But those, that need the money, like veterans, the homeless, the creatures, the nature that supports your life,
They might as well live, on another star,
Is that what you want; is that what you’re waiting for?
When will you stand up?
Man the barricades, you have the power,
Let fresh air into the door!!!©03/04/2012

You have spoken my mind in this powerful poem of how the churches with their unfortunate belief to “go forth and multiply” ideology and gathering more than anyone would need as some form of power over the earth. Thank you.

we, humanity are a trivial and wholly worthless lot Jasmin -- your spirit powers compassion and justice that are woefully missing in society -- stay on the pen and on mission my dear friend -- you with help from others of us can make a crucial difference - i wish you love and peace -- jon michael

Hi Jasmin, I echo every word and sentiment and conviction in this! You say it well. How much destruction must man do before man sees they are destroying themselves?! Thank you for your words, Jasmin, and for your heart for the life of all living things. =))

I think these are questions that everyone living today should be asking themselves, and their so called 'leaders' today.

So many now seem to be deaf, dumb, and blind these days, yet they so proudly proclaim that they are 'Christians.'

You said it well and with conviction, but what we need is to take action, and that takes someone who can lead us. Do you know anyone who can do it?
