Stormy Seas

My love is like stormy seas
it blows passionately
to fill your sails
The waves are of desire
that rock your boat

Love is the eye
so calm and delightful
These squalls release
stormy seas of fury
into orgasmic relief
as the breeze that follows
whispers softly

I love you
This happiness, this dream

The wind breathes
your essence
as we embrace as one
to face the seas
The rain upon your ship
are tears of joy
awaiting a moonlight course

A lovers star
guides us blissfully
leaving sorrow behind
to face the morrow
A warm breeze caresses us
lulls us to sleep
We dream of stormy seas

A wonderful love poem, and all though in the title it says "Stormy", it is actually quite peaceful. Written beautifully.

Bring on The Tempest, I say! Fabulous sustained metaphor here, Dale, that is all the more special because of it's inversion of the norm: normally we associate stormy seas with relational disruption and unease, but the passion you whip up for us here, followed by the ensuing slipstream of tranquility and satisfaction, is positively brimming with a fiery contentment. Love the heady intoxication of hot oil on troubled, bubbling seas... I never knew that fire and water were such a good mix! :)) xx
