poet under blue moon

shining brightly full
brings a tear
on the eve of a new year
memories blue
still a walking miracle

poet under blue moon

wandering renewed
envisioning life's frailties
every day dreams come true
some sorrowful, some joyful
veiled tears fall

poet under blue moon

shining fully blue
a song is sung
of renewal and hope
memories need forgotten
awakening a new moment

poet under blue moon

shining now renewed
still a walking miracle
appears in full flight
memories fade and fall
half, full or new

Ahh, My soul resonates to this swimmingly!
As the bright moon reflects it...
An awakening is soon to be...
Love your poetry Dale!

Can we all relate? Yes, though most have not peered through the veil as closely as the author. We have all experienced change and growth not without a few glimpses behind in sorrow and wistfulness for the person left in the wake of those changes. Oh this is softly shining with hope for the future just beautifully expressed. Blessings...Lin
