II: Left Unspoken

heat curls around the window sill

drifting in on an unnoticed breeze

orange in the reflective glow of twilight

thick in the lungs of two who find themselves lost

things left unsaid

they spill from flames of breath

fanning from parted lips

the soft sliding of satin and flesh

luminescent in the day's waning

and her eyes, they fill with abandon

a deep impression on the silent night

the soft implosion of mingling cries

moonlight pushes for its place

tracing the curves of her trembling skin

thick in the hearts of two who find themselves

things left unspoken

said only in the quivering of parted lips

the salty taste of summer and lust

as the world around moves in rhythm

with their fluid flight towards heaven

and her eyes, they fill with love.

Sensually alluring and thoroughly compelling, April. I love this and to me, it is perfect poetry. There is a tiny typo in this verse:

"...moonlight pushes for it's (its) place "

I hope you would point mine out for me as well as I know that typos are easily made and missed.

Thank you for sharing your gifts. Love, peace, and best wishes,

Regis

Nice.

Lusty....though beautifully and artistically expresed..like it should be. I like the way this doesn't bastardize the human form like so much ofthe modern world has done. As usual, I'm overly impressed by your style of writing. Keep up the great work.
