Happy Valentines Day!

 Translucent By Ways

By Amber "V" Moonstone

2/14/15

Time is our enemy,

It fleets by day by day

traveling like an elusive butterfly!

My thoughts form circles that surrounds

your thoughts.

They wander along avenues

of translucent by ways,

only to reach the black hole

of earthly existence.

Your Muse collides with mine,

rendering us both at the mercy

of our own insecurities!

Those translucent byways are the means by which we can keep in touch with what lies beyond and between the major highways of our internal and external landscapes, Amber. They keep us rooted and focussed, helping plot our life's journeys from A-B and to understand, make sense of, the ways, whys and wherefores ahead. Nice perspectives here. xx

Time is elusive , wish we could order inspiration off of amazon. Guess it doesn't work that way. Although booking a warm vacation would be nice! Stay warm, will be brutal where you are......take care. Morgan

Unfortunately, your poem does not reflect the romanticism of Valentine's Day but the frustration that sometimes comes when insecurities meet at poets crossing.
