Goddess Poetry: I have been writing a series of Goddess and Muse poetry, this is not about a specific Goddess.

"Capturing the Perfect Goddess"

By Amber Moonstone 5/22/07

Slowly she moves in unison with the wind
Her hair flowing like a soft brook on a spring morning.
Gently she walks toward the glen
with the scent of the morning dew surrounding her.

She is a magnificent goddess
unaware of any other creature
she removes her white flowing dress
and walks into the babbling brook.

Just behind the thicket,
hides the beast.
He is enthralled with the vision of this beauty.
Slowly and without making a sound

He approaches the area where her dress lies
He picks it up and takes in her aroma
Sensual energy charges his manhood
He cannot wait to capture this goddess.

She is the essence of the perfect goddess
Creamy skin, and glistening ebony hair
Long and full of volume
the sight of her bathing is overwhelming.

The beast swiftly moves and grabs the goddess
out of the brook and onto his shoulder.
She is kicking and screaming
but her cries are to no avail.

She is conjuring up a way to escape.
Little does the beast know how powerful
and influential this goddess is.
She will make her magic known at the right time.

The Gods will be angry with this beast
He will be at their mercy,
Oh what a war will begin
when this Goddess returns home.

The beast is running wild and random
down the pathway toward his den.
He will have a treat tonight
This goddess from the babbling brook.

The Goddess is rendered helpless
at the mercy of this beast
only until the moment of her release.
She will hinder him from stopping her escape.

Author's Notes: I have been studying Goddesses and this poem was wanting to be written. It was a spontaneous write.
Peace, love, and light,

All women are Goddesses in my eyes...some moreso than others, and there is no perfection greater than what lies in the heart...for the inside beauty is greater than what is outside. Beautiful poem.
