Cell Phones you can have them!

"Not Another Peep"
By Amber "V" Moonstone 11/3/07

There it is again,
that beep,
another text message,
from that person.

Won't he ever stop?
He knows we are only friends,
but still continues to send
texts like the old days.

I have moved on,
I no longer am in love with him,
but he still sends me messages
what is a girl to do?

One day he will understand
that modern technology will not command
my attention any more,
when I throw my cell into the shore!

I still want to be friends,
but he still wants to continue to send
those texts at all times of the day
and into the night.

One thing is very clear,
I do not want to hear
the ringtone sounding in my ear
I have made things very clear!

I do not love you. like you love me
I am not capable of such love
when it is not felt deep within,
so please try to begin,

to find another love that deserves you
a love that will be due
all the love that you have inside
please tell me you have tried.

I shall not respond to this text
so that it will not lead to a next
message from you that is not wanted
please stop me from being taunted!

Perhaps a change of phone number might work. Then, again, if he's that much of a pain ...

I am a very private person...so much so that I do not have a cell phone or any other distracting device. This write exemplifies one of those reasons. Well done.

Very bluntly said Sweetie, don't know why he can't get the message!

They say cell phones are wonderful, I say they are meant for one thing only, EMERGENCIES, not for someone to pest us night and day. Thank you for sharing.

The Cell Phone, a blessing or a curse?
A blessing when lost in the mountains, a curse at the bio.
Can't live without, can't with either.

Sounds a bit vengeful and malicious for someone to keep sending cell phone messages--at your expense--when you've indicated your disinterest in that person. Hope it stops because the name for such a person is "cell-phone stalker".
Reviewed by Felix Perry 11/4/2007
I would say if you truly do not want the messages why not have a blocker put on them or even have him reported as harrassing you if you have asked him not to and he still insists on being a nusiance.

One word! Block!

I have a cell and a Blackberry and I never give the BB number to anyone other than work and clients. It can be a nightmare if you don't get controol of it.
I feel sorry for you because I learned my lesson a long time ago. People come and go but they'll still torment you just for kicks!
Love,
Susan
