Summer Solstice 2008

Acts In the Stage of Your Life
by Amber "V" Moonstone    6/20/08

Acts of Kindness
Acts of love
Acts of compassion
Acts of hope.

We must begin to perform
As a spirited life must entail
acts of kindness, acts of love,
acts of compassion, and acts of hope.

Send a message of loving spirit,
Across the web so everyone can hear it,
"Treat all living creatures, with,
kindness, love, compassion and hope.

We forget what a smile can do,
or a kind hello or good day can mean,
follow your heart as you leave your home
and let love float in a boat of hope.

Tenderness and kindness,
flowing through to the end,
Will be the best trip
so why not just begin!

author's notes:  Today is the Summer solstice, the longest day of the summer, so why not enjoy it with acts of kindess and joy.

Peace, love, and light,

Amber "V" Moonstone

Your words make me think while giving me peace, but that sun...that sun make me dizzy!
As an optimist your day haven't got a dark night in its calendar.

Do only one good thing for someone each day and you will feel good yourself. I try, but sometimes cannot find anyone along the way. So just pray for others not as fortunate in this world and to help them survive and find God's love too.
