The sea is endless, love is as deep, destiny reaches out and grabs you, all in a reflective moment.

Lost At Sea

by Amber "V" Moonstone
August 8, 2012

The sea is an endless refuge,
wavering toward destiny,
managing to hold this vessel
captive for a reflective moment.

Tossing and turning,
sleepless and undaunting,
the sea crashes into my dreams,
rendering me helpless toward restful sleep.

There is a glimmer of sunshine,
filtering through the crashing waves,
throwing a lifeboat to rescue,
my ever changing heart.

One moment I see dry land,
and then again the endless sea
rocks me to sleep
while I dream of you lost at sea.

Are you floundering without a life jacket?
Can you grab hold of my rope,
letting me pull you up from drowning
beneath the endless sea.

Are you ready to be rescued?
Is this the time to let destiny
takes it's course,
find out now. and jump upon my lifeboat.

A voyage that you have longed to take,
sailing away into our sea of dreams
where nothing exists but unconditional love
and wonderful passionate nights.

A see saw of emotions here causing loss of sleep and then finally sleep again. You know he is lost at sea, the question is will he grab that saving rope when he realizes he should also be the same for you.

Wonderful write Amber

Reflexive action will have him grabbing hold of the saving rope. Whether he has grabbed it and entered the lifeboat for reason other than saving his life remain to be seen. Hopefully there will be a good ending to this scenario.
