CAPTAIN JACK'S BOUNTY


ah yes, said i to myself
with a wink and a wicked grin
i shall have that wench before morning
before the eastern sun is dawning
and the gulls are in flight again

i’ll overcome every shy objection
with my charming pirate perfection
she’ll forego any naval protection
Capt. Jack won’t know rejection
i’ll give her whole ship an inspection
and the battle of lust Jack will win

ah yes, said i to myself
i’ll soon board her and lower her sails
i’ll be so bold as to explore her hold
my search for booty never fails

captain’s log will report
from starboard to port
we’ll tease and cavort
and from aft to fore
she’ll be wanting more

we’ll sail the high seas
her bounty will please
her hidden treasure i’ll know
at daylight she’ll be begging
“Captain Jack, don’t go”

for a sailor with a long sword
never leaves a lady bored
but it’s a pirate’s life for me yo ho
and next morning i must go

she won’t want me gone
but she can’t sail along
cause there are wenches
for sport waiting in every port

ah yes, said i to myself
she was exceptionally good
would capture her again if i could
