If I could bare your burden today
I'd do it with a smile
Just to hear you laugh again
And let you rest awhile
But since this cross is yours to bare
I'll carry the load with you
Resting assured the God of All Grace
Will see you safely through
So hold onto the promises
Though only darkness you may see
We'll make it through this valley together
You, Our God and Me

The House of Refuge

Helen, it's plain to see you have a heart of love and real compassion for the hurting.
What a great blessing for someone who needs help to have a true friend come alongside to help bear the burden.

Lovely words, lovely poem. It has a very calming affect, It's full of light, and has a feeling of comfort about it, and so much compassion. This is a poem of love and friendship of one human being to another; caring and sharing.

All the best for the future.

Kind regards, Louisa
