There is no beginning. There is no ending. There is only change.

I am the earth, the wind, the sea

Water subtracted
I am calcium and zinc
Magnesium and boron
I sicken and die without
The elements
The soil I am and
Unto it I shall return
I walk the earth
Dust moving over dust
It is in me, of me, under me and around me
I am earth

Inside the shell
I am air
A bubble upon a breeze
Oxygen, nitrogen in
Carbon dioxide gas out
I move through zephyrs
Cause them by my movement
I draw air into my lungs
Would die without it
It is in me, around me, over me, of me
I am the wind

Inside the husk
I am liquid
A rolling, wobbling water balloon
Trembling through humidity
An exchanger
I suck it in, drink it down
Squirt it, sweat it, breathe it out
Back into the atmosphere
Without it I am mummified
It is in me, around me, runs through me
I am the sea.

When I am dead
Some other will
Walk through me
Soak in me
Lie on me
I shall continue
Eternal
