This is just one of the many tributes that I will write for my cat, and best friend, Dusty. He just receently passed, but will forever live on in my heart. He was a lover of the classics, and listened to my musice with me.

I’m singin’ in the rain!

I‘m dancin’ in the rain!

I know it sounds insane

But with you, Love, I’ll be okay

I’m walkin’ on the sunshine!

I’m floatin’ on the air!

There’s no need for me to worry

‘cause I know that you are there

We built this city

Not on rock and roll, but fun

You’re my favorite “man”,

You are the only one

Thank you-you

For waking me up

Before you go-goed

I won’t ever forget

Just let the sunshine in

And ignore the storm

The water can’t get in

My love will keep you warm

You’re my best friend

And will always be

My “Dusty Beep”

With your little white end

You’re my best friend!

Really enjoyed this wonderful heartfelt piece of your friend, companion. Sorry he passed on, but sure he has many friends in heaven. It is always so difficult when one so close leaves, but we will always have all the loving memories to remember.....

Be safe,
Karen
