It is never too late to greet a day
As if it was your last
To spend the seconds and minutes meaningfully
365 goes quickly into years
Instead of could have or should have
Like the shoe company—
Just do it...
It is never too late to say something nice
Even if he doesn’t deserve it
But do it anyway
It’s good medicine for the heart
The other person might have a need
Only to be met by you indeed
It is never too late to change
Like the 4 seasons we see
Summer for the bright long days
Fall for the vibrant colors
Winter for the rest
Spring for the welcome new
So what makes you so different?
It is never too late to care
For someone ill or dying
Be forever young and trusting
Like a child who dares
Playful imaginations for eternity
It is never too late to love
When the day sends frowns and scars
Hatred and indifference aside
Make room for the other
Encouragement abound
Not too a familiar sound
It is never too late to make a difference
In someone’s life
To go the extra mile for the other
To help someone succeed
And in due time you will succeed
It is never too late to be too late
Only when regret sets in
And so my reader friend
It may be too late then...
