Beginning to end

The entirety of our living experience

                               Beginning to end

We must stand on the peaks of mountains to see beyond their ridges.

And we must dwell in the valleys’ to know of their hidden canyons.

We cannot be nourished from food we do not eat.

Just as in witnessing the majesty of a mountain will not afford us a view from its summit.

And if we do not journey outside of the valleys', we will be blinded from the darkness of its shadows.

If we were to climb the mountain and then stand on its highest peak and see the entire earthscape, what then would we understand of its beauty and passion, ‘less our sojourn began from the difficult ledges of its deepest gorges?

Sad, but true. The lower we go in the valley, making the journey far more difficult allows us a grander understanding and view once we reach the summit. We then understand the mountain and can see beyond it's edges into infinity. Wonderful, wise words, Dan!
