Took Her by Wind

She stepped into rhythm of his lead,
maracas shook with movement of hips,
sand between toes and incoming tide,
an ocean that thirst, for just a taste,
of this red hot salsa that lit the sky,
heated by wind, burning through night

WHAT GRABS ME IS THE ENORMITY OF THIS SCENE...DELIVERED WITH PERCISELY THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF PHRASES THAT LEAVES THE READER NO ROOM TO HAVE TO IMAGINE ANYTHING. AN EXCELLENT WORK, CHRISTINE, SO WELL DONE AND ENJOYED. THANKS FOR SHARING. LOVE, BLESSINGS AND FAITH...JOYCE * HIS INSPIRATIONS.

Your words bring the imagination to life Chrissie. Reading this one can hear the wind, feel the grit of sand beneath bare feet, taste the salt brine on lips and tingle as naked skin connects to naked skin. Masterfully done Chrissie...love it.
