Written for the most amazing man ive ever met. My illustrious Grandpai, who passed away on July 1 2011. He lived 100 years, but I wish I could get 100 more with him.

When I’m stronger –
And my eyes find more dry days,
My arms wrap around  myself in comfort
The sunrise without you wont crush,
burn and stain
Bitter boiling anger subsides and
I smile again/
I’m going to tell the whole world
About you, my most awesome guy!
And I promise to uphold your legacy,
But cant promise I wont cry;
How you taught me how to love life
Forget about judgment, they  could never understand
How you raised me from a hard place,
Rocks in your shoes, laces made of barbed wire sand
Hands with nails in the middle,
breathing for me
When the world wasn’t fair,
Loved our Country so much;
 any agony for family
You were always willing to bear!
How much I love you!
Taken this virtual bullet so the team could  have freedom again;
Will I ever be able to forgive them
Selfish freakin bastards, planting poison
What a foul foiled plan! Vengeance will be mine sayeth the Lord!
So I will just role play as Jesus when dropping bodies and chopping heads!
Life will never be the same,
crimson wind blows, Senegalese Lions wail,
Music has lost its melody and everyday starts out at night/
I working it out
Trying so desperately
To soar in your legacy
But the truth is all I really want
Is one hug

A beautiful way to honor him. There is no words for how it feels to lose someone so close. I am sorry for your loss.
