The idea of loving inevitably and unconditionally until that day you truly meet!

Arrested emotions tell me
to sit back and let love
do its own thing.

some girls are all excited
by the thought of a new ring
but not important to a confident woman
i know the value of his soul
love how he makes my heart sing,

I wait and want the same
and
one of these days,
he will come to see
that I am his destiny
we are the future
and the rest will just be history

He will come to see what Ive always seen
inside of all of these anonymous years
he will open his arms and I will cast out all his fears
and when the sunrises, he will see
what I see for the both of us
