A SEEDS poem

I am the soil
that holds the seed.
Within that seed:
the fertile ground
of becoming
essence, knowing
truth of being
more fully who
I am.

You are the love
that is the rain
that awakens
me to the sun
rising slowly
within my heart.
In your presence
I blossom and
I am.

Your are the soil
that holds the seed.
Within that seed:
the fertile ground
of becoming
essence, knowing
truth of being
more fully who
we are.

I am the love
that is the rain
that awakens
us to the sun
rising slowly
within our hearts.
In our presence
we blossom and
we are.

There is much to be learned about how a seed becomes a plant. An allegory for love.
