>I like my leather jacket<

Clangs and prangs,

The machines moil,

Late in gloom,

Churning the soil,

Belching smoke,

From throbbing towers,

Harmony of murder,

At all hours,

Rumbling and tumbling,

Pushers and pullers,

Thundering about,

Like bucking boulders,

Shucking flesh for,

Latest fashions,

Grinding bones for,

Combs and stickpins,

Teeth and nails,

Gilding whatnots,

Organs for soap,

And hair for socks,

All produced for,

Tickling the lavished,

Processed and boxed,

Competing to vanish,

Pelts and hides,

Studded leather,

Skin and furs,

For cold weather,

Then hastily shipped,

To shops and sites,

Slung on racks,

At a low price.

Sounds brutal, yet it's been going on for as long as man has lived. Only the process has changed. Great write, Duane!
