"The lips of wisdom are closed, except to the ears of Understanding"
.........The Kybalion

cold and hot are the same thing

separated only by some degrees

the landscape so incredibly beautiful

golden grain blowing in hot breezes

I sat on a chair in the cooler shade

avoiding the direct burn of the sun

today, there are pigeons on the lawn

the males are cooing and preening

the female seems oblivious

content to pick seeds off the ground

I know she is naturally cautious

and will wait, for just the right one

oh well,  birds, so instinctively flighty

easily spooked and they are gone

Iím just pouring some cool lemonade

would you like some?
